The core of the dark red stained handle is a singular piece of dense composite that provides some comfortable mass to the bow. Like its Hybrid counterpart, the somewhat forward oriented grip is comfortably shaped to consistently position the hand. The shelf and sight window are likewise deep-cut with a radius to minimize drag during the arrow's passage.
Two maple core laminations are backed with black fiberglass to make up the sweeping limbs, which fade off the handle with a strong deflex, and sweeping reflex that hooks forward at the tips. When properly set up, the bow performs well with minimal hand shock and noise. Like the other Galaxy bows, it will accept a Fast-Flight type bow string for enhanced performance.
